SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are usually filled and shipped within 1-3 business days. The turnaround time depends on the number of items and sticker sizes in your order.
Shipping to the united states
Orders to the United States are shipped at our expense by USPS (2-3 business days).
International shipping
International orders are shipped at the buyer's expense by USPS mail (2-3 business days). International shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the package and the destination country. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight and size of your order.
* In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to the holiday season or customs inspection in the destination country. These situations are beyond our control.
REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@stickalz.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
If the temperature is not below 23°F (-5°C), the stickers can be applied. But be careful about the quality of the work. If possible, try to do the work in an enclosed and unventilated area.
Vinyl stickers for cars last at least 5 years, and if the car will be stored in the garage - up to 8 years. After 5 years of active use the sticker will begin to change its properties - UV resistance is lost and the elasticity of the material is reduced. This gradually leads to the appearance of bubbles and microcracks.
Do not believe those who will convince you that their vinyl sticker remains in perfect condition from 8 years and more.
You can also wash your car with a touchless car wash. But it is better to warn the washers about the accuracy of the work.
To remove a vinyl sticker, you will need a box cutter and some free time. Use the knife to pick up the edge of the film, or the individual lettering, and carefully remove it. If the film was glued a long time ago, you can warm it with a hairdryer. Remains of the glue can be easily removed with White spirit or any mild solvent.
Absolutely! Ideally, your picture should be in vector format or the highest possible resolution. The higher the quality of the original image, the better the quality of the image on the vinyl. Send your layout to our contact email address.
All full-color vinyl stickers are made to order. So try to place your order only when you are absolutely sure that the selected decal will fit your needs in terms of size and subject matter. Returned orders are not re-sold and are destroyed, resulting in overconsumption of materials and increased waste.
Images are printed with a modern Roland DG eco-solvent printer on high-quality roll vinyl of the following brands - FDC and 3M. These vinyl brands are water-resistant and fade-resistant for at least 5 years.
To protect the printed image, we apply application tape to the image, which is removed from the vinyl as it is installed on the surface.
